Voted #1 spot for apple picking in the entire country on Yelp, there’s no doubt that this farm has to be at the top of your list. With extensive pick-your-own orchards, weekend festivals, full farm store, bakery, and hard cider mill, and multiple play areas for the kiddos, you really can’t go wrong.
Stowe Farm – Located just outside Worcester, this farm has every fall experience you could want, and then some. Lots of apple picking, a petting zoo, hayrides, mini golf, the “moo-train”, bounce houses, pony rides, a corn maze, and a bbq café & bar.
Honey Pot Hill Orchards – Located in Stow, MA, this farm is quintessential fall in New England. There’s several different corn mazes, hayrides, farm animals, pick-your-own apples, and a farm store with apple cider donuts.
Coppal House Farm – Located in Lee, NH, this is such a cute local farm stand. They do 2 big events a year: a sunflower festival and a corn maze. Each lasts for a few weeks and both are pretty impressive. It is a working livestock farm, so there are lots of animals to see. There is also the farm store and bakery, for farm fresh cuts of meat and apple cider donuts.
Riverview Farm – Located in Plainfield, NH, this farm has acres and acres of pick-your-own, and farm store & bakery, and a huge, themed, corn maze every year. If you’re daring enough, they do a haunted corn maze at night during the month of October.
Sherman Farm – located in Center Conway, NH, this farm has been voted best of NH for multiple years. They offer seasonal pick-your-own for both flowers and produce, a farm market & bakery, a petting & play area, and a huge corn maze.
Billings Farm & Museum – Located in Woodstock, VT, this is a working dairy farm with educational exhibits and interactive programs and events. A few of the highlights from their calendar include a giant sunflower maze, fall harvest festival, and Thanksgiving & Christmas events.
Tregworgy Family Orchards – Located in just outside Bangor, ME, this farm has pick-your-own, corn mazes, petting zoo, hayrides, ice cream stand and café.
McDougal Orchards – Located in Springvale, ME, this farm has it all: pick-your-own, hay rides, corn mazes, and apple cider donuts.

Silverman’s Farm – Located in Easton, CT, this farm is the place to go for the animals. They have a wide variety of farm animals for visitors to feed. Plus acres of pick-your-own and a farm market.
Dame Farm & Orchards – Located in Johnston, RI, this farm has a wide range of pick-your-own, wagon rides, and a large corn maze.
Sweet Berry Farm – Located just outside of Newport, RI, this quintessential New England farm has it all: multi season pick-your-own, farmers market, farm café, and a wedding event space. They’ll even do deliveries to your “boat or yacht” in Newport Harbor.
Knight Farm – Located in North Scituate, RI, this family spot has been in operation for over 200 years! There’s several fields and orchards of pick-your-own, hay rides, corn mazes, sunflowers, a farmer’s market, and a restaurant.
