Keto Avocado Eggs

Super easy to make and surprisingly yummy, avocado eggs are the perfect quick start to your busy day 😉🥑🍳


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Siracha


  1. Slice avocado down the middle and remove pit.
  2. Scoop out enough of the fruit to cradle the egg in each half.
  3. Crack an egg into each avocado half. Don’t worry if a little bit spills out the sides.
  4. Top with salt, pepper, and siracha.
  5. Bake at 450° for 5-10 minutes.
