You guys all know that I’ve been working on getting the baby weight off for awhile now, and let me tell you how hungry I can get! lol. I may do the keto diet and I may do intermittent fasting, but life is all about balance and sometimes I need to indulge in a little pizza & ice cream too ok?! Obviously, I try to make choices that are a little easier on the tummy, as I have a very sensitive stomach. Diet treats are hit or miss, but if Oprah likes Skinny Cow® then we might as well give it a try!

I love that Skinny Cow thinks that we should have our cake, candy, and ice cream too! If that doesn’t make you want one of their treats the company tagline will – “Life is meant to be lived, fun is meant to be had, and dessert is most definitely meant to be eaten.” Now that’s something I can get behind!
They offer a variety of ice cream treats, from sandwiches to bars to cones, that are all perfectly snack-sized portions to fit your health goals. All treats are low fat and under 200 calories. They are not all low carb, but they do have a couple of no sugar added options. But when you eliminate carbs from everything else in your diet a few in your ice cream won’t hurt.
You can find Skinny Cow at Walmart, plus, if you don’t feel comfortable going inside, their Online Pickup & Delivery service is so easy – just purchase online, then pull into one of the designated curbside parking spots, enter the spot number into the confirmation email and you’re good to go. You can also check to see if your order qualifies for delivery, so you don’t even have to leave the house! Right now there are a lot of reasons their Online Pickup & Delivery service comes in clutch, but let’s be real it’s also pretty awesome when it’s literally 0 degrees out like it was today and you don’t have to leave the comfort of your car!
I picked up the Vanilla Gone Wild ice cream sandwiches and some toppings for me and my husband. We ended up having ourselves an ice cream and wine party after the kids went to bed, and it was glorious!
