Low Carb Snack Ideas

We all know the diet game’s a struggle. From picking one in the see of fads (low fat, low carb, keto, paleo, oh my!) to sticking too it, losing weight & dieting is just plain hard man. Especially when you have to stick to the same few meals over and over. I’ve personally found success with staying low carb, however full on keto is just too strict for me. I’m sorry, but in my opinion yes refined sugar is bad, but fruit is part of nature and a balanced diet so I’m not eliminating it from my diet.
